I don't see why they don't move. If there were to many financial problems with moving id probably just warn the guy that i'd shoot him without a second thought if he came onto their property.

Also devonin i don't see why you think you can rationalize a young girls fears so easily.. Shes a little girl who's terrified.

I was saying that if the justice system worked the way it said it was supposed to, it shouldn't matter whether she was 'still afraid' of him or not, it would be incredibly inappropriate if not outright unlawful to suggest that he not be able to go back to his life living wherever he wanted.

If the man is still any kind of threat to this girl, he simply shouldn't have been let out of prison in the first place. It was a criticism of the justice system, not of her.
