Kids now a days. You gotta wonder what the future generation after them will be like.

Honestly, here there are kids murdering, carjacking, all that crap. It's a real world grand theft auto. Except we don't end up at the hospital when we die.

All this stuff is just supposition. I really don't understand what the real discussion is. It could have been any number of things, but we don't have anything to go off of yet.

And all things are relative. The act of hunting itself is not a crime, nor should it be. I don't like the idea of hunting for sport, but there are many cultures and societies in which hunting for food is a necessary skill and one taught to children. My point is that the act of teaching a child to use a weapon is not necessarily riding the boundaries of sanity. Within this kind of a setting though, it probably wasn't such a good idea.

I moved to Arizona about 3 months ago and this law doesn't surprise me. I've found many people here with low common sense and don't care what age you are. They'll think of all kinds of things to blame on others and exaggerate, but this is from what I've seen. Just a bunch of spoiled people is what I see.

At 8 years old? Seriously, I find that disturbing. Unless of course, the child is incoherent. Did it say it was premeditated murder, though?

Well first off how many times were the two men shot? Was it a brutal scene or was it just once each? Haven't any of you played with a toy gun or a gun that looks real, pointed it at someone and shot? Plus if there is a safety lock on the gun does the kid know? What about bullets did he know there were in there? You cannot judge an age by saying at 8 they know the difference between right and wrong. How are you to know? Many people older than 8 don't know the difference between right and wrong. If the kid did it purposely why did he go to the neighbors? Also Carlos you saying "guns don't kill people, violent video games kill people", that is just dumb. Also 8 year olds are dumb, hell 18 year olds are dumb cops know this and use that to lie and make them confess something by scaring someone into it. Happens all the time.
