since you complaned about my lack of words here's some for you. not that i think it will be useful to none of us, just explaining a bit better cause it seems to me you're not getting the right idea at parts.

Well played, the typical "Humans are scum" line. You think you're so clever and nonconformist. If this is true, why haven't you done the world a favor and killed yourself? Since you think we're bad for the planet and all, you're only contributing to this "problem".

i never claimed my views to be original or clever, they are just what i came up with after a lot of time. it would be arrogant to claim an idea as unique since i'm sure, between seven billions people on earth, there are people who think just like i do. i don't know what's your point in saying that. my perpective tries to be external to the world therfore it's intended to be more subjective. your feelings are what most humans, me included, would normally think because we're taught like this and because of our genes-based instincts, but i tried to go beyond that. if you really want to know, i think life has to be spent at the very best you can and should be quitted out when your body and mind begins to collapse. about the earth damaging, i personally try to keep my impact on the earth to a minumum. i don't use a car, i don't buy food that i don't eat, i don't pollute with excessive consumism, and i'm studying forestal and ambiental sciences at my college because i think nature is way more important than humans to be protected.

You feel you have the right to judge another person worth as a human being? Are you seriously this dense? "Oh, well, I don't think he's good enough, so his death is fine and dandy." If you were also a racist, you'd be in favor of genocide. Fantastic.

starting from the fact i'm trying to be subjective, i always consider things from a distant perspective. there's no way i could support something like genocide with this way of thnking. that's why yes, i think i can judge humans basing this on a meter that considers the context you've been living in, the experiences you've had, your culture and such.

Because every car accident is entirely the driver's fault. Every person who dies in a car crash doesn't matter because it was their fault. It couldn't have possibly been some circumstantial thing that caused them to crash.

in this case, actually not. if your car is literarly torn apart it's because the impact was tremendous. and this leads to excessive speed. not ALL of crashes are driver's faults, but when someone dies in such a way it as entirely their fault.

Hm, people who put themselves into danger.. oh hey, soldiers ring a bell. You're saying military personal who die in the line of duty defending their country aren't to be pitied? Oh that's right, the people risking their lives to defend your pathetic ass are worms eating the planet. I forgot.

militaries don't defend anything. ths is part of the distorted eduction you've received i guess. militaries only fight (and eventually die) for the elite who rules the country and have economical interests in fighting wars. i would agree on you that militaries are somewhat useful if europe or us sent mlitaries to stop all the wars around the world which those guys obviously don't care about seeing as there's no gain in fighting those. sorry, military system is just another way to make people mindlessly follow what the goverment does. they're the executive branch of the goverment that does whatever they're told to without even questioning if it's good or not. i can't accept anything like this.

This isn't the time or the place to argue about "human scum" and to twist other people's words around to adhere to the argument you're trying to make.

Go to the Critical Thinking thread. Whether you believe that this accident was terrible or not, you're desecrating these kids' memories.

That is horrible. I've been in cars with people that were driving irresponsibly. When it comes down to it, no matter what you say, unless you are behind the wheel you are completely out of control of your life. I hope the families make it through this.

Sorry, my pray bucket is full with the other ~150,000 people who die in a day.

I was thinking about the same thing.

It sucks that they died but, they are still rather insignificant and it doesn't effect me. There isn't anything i can do about that, and me pretending to care isn't going to solve anything either.
