I'm not completely 100% sure about this, but I think advertising another site by making a thread is not allowed. I'm pretty sure it's okay if you keep this information in your signature.

I've run forums before, but PHP isn't my thing. I usually just sign up for the free ones and organize it. If you need help, just ask

The idea of the thread is in good interest, but more organization and dedication would be a good idea.
Ex. vBulletin, customizable MySQL, our own domain, our own hosting address really. :/
