and I fell backwards onto the corner of a shelf then hit my head on the towel rack then on the tub.

Quite the obtuse series of events.

My head is swelled, back is bleeding and sore and Im dizzy...Anyone have any clue what this could be from?

Hmm, well I would have to diagnose that these symptoms have appeared due to your fainting and falling and all that. In the future I would watch out for sharp edges and you shall slowly recover

EDIT: Also, I just noticed that this had become 3 pages of people fighting. I am glad I didn't see it as it may have caused my diagnosis to become tainted, but as it is it is pure the patient shall continue to lead a normal, healthy life.

I only read the first post, so sorry if I repost anything or if you already found what's wrong.

Dizziness can be caused be quite a few factors, obviously. The first is dehydration. If you haven't drunken a lot, you could feel dizzy. That's more of a basic cause. Another reason is if you got up too suddenly. That could cause a sudden reduction in blood pressure and cause you to concuss. Hypoglycemia(sp?) is also another possibility. Have you ate anything that day? Not eating will cause low blood sugar and could easily explain your faint. There are so many reasons, I could keep going.

Heat stroke, being scared (fear?), stress, etc. I guess arhythmias(sp?) could be another factor, which is a heart illness. You don't usually see that in younger people, but it's common in everyone if you have being doing drugs, smoking, or anything that could effect your heart. Take in to account all of these possibilities. There is several more possibilities I could list, but I'm not sure of the medical term for all of them.

EDIT: You may have had a vasavogal attack, actually. If I remember correctly, your heart slows down. There is not enough oxygen going to your brain and your blood pressure reduces dramatically. This could be caused by not sleeping, recently getting better from a fever, etc. I would recommend seeing a doctor if it is one of the more serious illnesses. I can assure you for something such as fainting, it would not be terminal. It's just something you should do before worse can happen.

The fiery sensation from your urination must be because the flams go 20 feet. Based on this prognosis I would believe that your cure lies in avoiding all future outbreaks of flams within 20 feet of your urinary tract. This shall allow smooth transitional passages.
