This is perhaps the worst thing you posted. So let me get this straight. You just wanted to show your cat to everyone. That's fine and good. Here's where we get to the problem though, you asked people to vote on it. You even said that yourself. To be even more exact you said:

I agree with the rapingdragon that you shouldn't give suggestions as to how people should rate the picture, but I feel that at this point, a lot of people are rating it 1's not because they love or hate the picture, but because they simply want to exercise their rights of voting power. I think that's a little uncalled for. And then everyone jumps on the bandwagon rating the picture often by how demonllama presented this thread rather than their actual opinions on the picture itself.
