PsYcHoZeRoSk8eR: It's being filmed in a college house, so I don't think streets will need to be shut down or anything. I don't think they're going to shoot outside of the college house itself. Could be wrong.

Adamaja456: It's likely because Penn's a well-known school (Ivy League) and has pretty buildings and a lot of room. It's why you see lots of movies filmed at other schools like Harvard, Yale, Princeton, etc.
