Missingno was NOT a good pokemon. High attack and speed but ass hp, defense, and mediocre special. Plus only attacks it had were Sky Attack and 2 Water Guns. It was completely useless in any battle.

Well, MissingNo causes some pretty cool effects when you deposit it into your pc, but it makes getting around pretty hard since it's harder to tell where you are going, and I heard it could cause the game to crash and force you to start a new game, but I didn't experience that though. Other than the 6th item glitch, it really isn't that great like you said, but it's an easy way to get a kangaskhan if you evolved it with a rare candy, and kangaskhan is not bad.

As far as my favorite pokémon goes that isn't any legendaries or starter pokémon that was from Red/Blue was Gengar. Kabutops is a close second though.

A lot of good memories of pokémon came from Red/Blue. The Team rocket encounters (especially at the Silph Corporation in Saffron), puzzling maps to figure out to get to articuno in seafoam island, a tricky victory road with pretty good trainers, and an elite four that was actually challenging. And the red version is the only pokédex in a pokémon game I completely filled with caught pokémon.

I always like Sandslash, but I didn't put him in my party. I tried to keep my favorites in it, but you learn quick that doesn't work well. I always kept a Pidgeot by my side, catch one soon and raise it for the entire game. Other than that Cubone was cool... I'll edit after I check out my old games.

I had one of the gold/silver strategy guides that I used to worship. Thing's so awesome. Ever caught a shiny Pokemon?(other than the red Gyrados in the Lake of Rage)
