I'm not sure I want to make a concrete selection until the regular season is over and I review all 12 playoff teams in detail once more.

It would make me so delighted to see Jacksonville, Pittsburgh, or San Diego steamroll through the playoffs and actually beat New England and in addition take the Lombardi.

Either Pittsburgh or San Diego is likely to be the No. 3 seed. Remember the Indianapolis was the No. 3 seed last year. Mind you, that doesn't necessarily mean anything, but Pittsburgh is not out of this one. And no, they can't win if they dropped to 6th seed, because they're not as hungry as they were a couple years ago.

Why does no one believe in the Seahawks in that first round? The Seahawks have the most pro bowl starters on defense, and one thing they can do is stop the run. And the way Hasselback has been playing, I think they can take Minnesota and maybe even compete with the Packers...compete with, not defeat. What a playoff game that would be though...Hasselback, the former understudy to Farve, and Holmgren, the former Packer coach. I just love watching when these teams meet.
