                                                If I'm not mistaken, the proper hierarchies are below.

                                                Jazz > Rock and Roll > Rock > Its subgenres (Metal, punk, emo, etc.)

                                                Jazz > Blues > R & B > Hip-hop/Rap

                                                I'm not entirely sure where electronic came from.
