Bah, here! It doesn't really look as bad as it is. The whole roof over the garage will have to be replaced because it broke a few of the main beams that run the length of it.

It's partly off, it's like a three day thing and they just finished day one. Finding a decent estimate with someone who had insurance took a while

I know how you feel, during hurricane Fran however long ago that was a huge pine tree fell in our backyard, and a tree with a pretty small trunk but a lot of branches fell on and covered our porch. The pine was in our backyard for weeks, waiting to find someone reasonably priced to cut it and move it.
