I just realized I have a 5 page Essay due tomorrow about the book, "The Giver" by Lois Lowry :O
Oh, I remember reading that, very good book, end was confusing though.

If there's any crap literature that I've ever read in my damn entire life that is actually liked by "critics" or "people that matter", it has to be this book. It was so damn stupid. I wasted my money on it, and like 2 days of my life reading it for about a couple of hours.

Seriously, it was a thought provoking book that was in the language of an elementary school aged kid. I don't think I've ever read such a meaningful book while in elementary school that I actually understood. And no, I wasn't stupid either.
