                    Some sort of fish (it was labeled Pickerel, but this stuff is certainly not Pickerel), that I attempted to beer batter and deep fry, I messed up horribly though. I didn't heat the oil enough and now I'm eating badly overcooked fish(?) covered in soggy half cooked batter. It's ****** delicious.

                                                    dumping what i ate the past few days:

                                                    steak quesadilla.



                                                    NY strip steak sammich w/ sauteed mushrooms and grilled onions.



                                                    slices of beef + mozzarella cheese, peppers, and onions on french bread.



                                                    cajun skillet. cajun seasoned chicken w/ hashbrowns, eggs over easy, onions and peppers.



                                                    full slab of ribs (blurry ;_ this was amaaaazing.
