Shell probably not want to risk that and then deny you. Then things will be awkward and youll slowly drift away and have the occasional "Hello. Bye" conversation.

This is so wrong it is unbelievable.

Sorry but most of the longest lasting relationships start from being best friends, mostly because you already know each other very well before "going out". Also if you are best friends first there is generally little change in the relationship, you just progress into a more intimate one gradually, whereas if you just go out from just knowing each other, suddenly you are supposed ot be in a caring and intimate relationship of support and all that without actually knowing the person.

Also if you are best friends first, there is less of a chance that you will break up as you already know how you work together and what the other person likes/dislikes, cutting out the very awquard stage of trying to get to know each other better where most relationships fail.

But hey, what do i know, only been engaged for 5 years to my best friend.

ok first of all, It seems that everyone has been saying half a** ideas that he'll never do. Second, Pippin has the best idea so far right before my advice or cartoon hero's. Third, the first bas**** to yell at me for calling their idea, a whole BUnCH of crap will be spanked to death. ( hahaha)

What I really have to say:

Just ask her out, don't be a pussy, but don't go up to her and demand your request to go out with her. I mean really, if you say she likes you then you have nothing to be afraid of and well........ JUST ASK HER OUT before another dude comes outta no where and asks her out before you, then your screwed. ( I won't tell you how your screwed unless you ask me at my profile) Simple.
