I really have no connection between black people and weapons

When you actually think about it consciously. Of course you don't, because it isn't a logical thought process...but that doesn't have anything to do with what you're subconsciously thinking.


I've seen other studies where they've shown things where they can get people to act more negatively by flashing negative words infront of them. The words are flashed faster than you can actually read them or even make them out, but that doesn't mean your subconscious isn't picking them up...it is.


So to say something like

I didn't take another test in which I'd more than likely score no preference to compare

Is invalid because you don't actually know what you're going to score until you take the test.

It's not about what you think, but actually quite the opposite. It's what's in your head that you're not thinking about.

I Was strongly towards Black people with weapons, Except it wasn't that I felt that way(i mean i do a tid bit) But I kept getting messed up between the sides of the screen.

Most times, no, I do not associate black with dangerous weapons. However, the majority of today's rap would suggest otherwise seeing as how a good amount of the songs suggest violence of some sort. As as some have suggested, the media also plays a large role in this. But, when it comes down to statistics, gun violations for blacks is 7 times higher than that of whites per 100,00 population. It is statistical evidence such as this that would cause many to associate blacks with weapons. But of course, statistics can only go so far.
