Check Newegg's prices, they are normally the lowest around and their shipping is top notch.

Sup, First and probably last post here. I hope you didn't order those parts because well, you're not really getting the best performance.
My suggestion will only entail whats inside the case, not outside.
CPU -- Opteron. 2.4ghz dual core. Opterons are known for overclocking. If you don't know how to overclock, ignore this. However, I'd bet this CPU could easily hit 3ghz on two cores.
