    Umm, like I said before, every breath that you take takes off about a tenth of a second from your overall time. That 10 extra seconds could mean not taking a breath on the first lap of a 100. Then, you would probably start to breathe in a normal breath pattern for the rest of the race. I guess I'll try it out when swim season for high school comes around. I'm not going to hyperventilate myself to the extent of dizziness, just enough so that I can go farther without taking a breath.
