                        I would attend a VA meetup, New York people, and such, could probably join too. I don't live directly in the city, sorry. I actually live in the county Henrico. Pretty cool here, but small. I grew up in DC mostly so I'm fond of the city life, I miss it. Yeah, but I definitely second that whole VA meetup idea.

                                I haven't been there yet. One of the few states I have not been on vacation to. Think it would be worth it? Or is it too... you know.

                                My goal is to travel to all major countries and states by the time I turn 50.

                                        I'm also a Floridian. I was born in Sarasota, Florida.

                                        I now live in Seabrook, Texas. Just southeast of H-town.

                                                    My dad lives in a Chicago suburb, I visit about every month. He lives in Western Springs, about 45 minutes west of downtown. Near there?

                                                            Hampton is not even remotely close to where the majority of the VA folks live. It's like a 3-5 hour drive from the Metropolitan area out there.

                                                            Most of the Virginians are NOVA folks (NOT THE COMMUNITY COLLEGE LOLX). We all hate the south. Southern Virginia gives Northern Virginia a bad name.

                                                            Therefore, if there was to be a meetup, it'd have to be in the northern region, where things are cool.
