    At least the thing didn't cut someone's head off. Odds are it could have easily landed on someone's neck. Well, not cut it off, but damage them badly or kill them from it.

                At least it wasn't one of those swing rides that goes way up in the air. And if it was, at least it didn't break while it was way up in the air. I love those rides, though. They're good at the Salem Fair when you're all hot and sweaty because it's hot out, then you get on that and it cools you off while you scope out which rides don't have really long lines.

                But my friend got on one time and got sick. She puked all over everybody below the ride and the person behind her flew into her puke. That's the thing I worry about the most.

                Also, the rule I usually follow is only trust the ride if it's permanent. Big theme parks that stay put are likely to have safe rides, but travelling carnivals and fairs with rides that assemble and disassemble overnight cannot be anywhere as safe, especially since the travelling fairs have an easier time avoiding inspections and whatnot.
                So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(

                In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.

                So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright.
                And I write the blog for their website.

                Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =O

                    Haha, I love those rides too, and I only have been on the swing things at the overnight carnivals. We would always flip ourselves backwards and upside down (if we could) to see who could go without puking the longest. Good days, middle school.
