And there, my friend, is where DDR dancing starts to depart from the real world. I can't bring myself to grind, for example. Of course, I had never tried DDR until my graduation party, and I totally sucked. Eventually, however, I was able to pass Sandstorm (I think) by the end of the night, when I managed to take home a refrigerator.

Anywho, on the subject of dancing, it's not a big deal. About 1% of the people at any given school will really know how to dance. The rest of the people who you think know how to dance don't really, they just act like they know what they're doing. As long as you act like you know what you're doing, everybody will assume you do. Besides, dancing isn't hard these days. I went to the last school dance (twas my first time going), and they only did 4 different things: slow dancing, grinding, the electric slide, and the cha cha slide. Slow and grinding are like, the easiest things in the world, and the other ones you can pick up easily (cha cha tells you what to do, after all) or sit out because "those things are retarded." Easy.
