Dude you should have mentioned this before, my uncle Rick is like one of the head CEO's of Girls Gone Wild and he was telling me about all the things they do to screw people over. I could have gotten your money back without all this BS... You're lucky they've screwed people over a lot worse than what happened to you..

yea, I basically got screwed in the end. I got the money back from GGW but since I said "yes" to the "Verifier" the transaction of the 208 to them was legal and was supposed to happen. Maybe I forgot to explain this in my story so here it is.

The lady (and all customer service reps) are allowed to tell you anything they want. There are no guidlines for what they have to say. The only thing that matters is what you verify to the verifier, because thats all they bother to record. Now she said I wouldn't be charged till I return the ones I didn't want. The verifier, using slightly different words than her, says that I will be charged 208. With that on recording they can take the money. You don't verify that they can take the money for the ones you don't return at the end of the period. You verify that the total is 208 and that they can take that. But that guy never says when, and you assume its the same thing the original customer service rep told you. Another big cluster fuck to get you fucked over.

Now the Overdrafts can't be reimbursed by the bank because there were $400 worth of them, and GGW can't give me the money back for them because it was my fault for agreeing to the verifier. So I got fucked out of that. But im just glad I won the 4 month struggle to get my money back from them.

I appreciate all of the support, I did't think anybody would sit and read through all of that.
Im also very happy that I changed somebodys mind about ordering from that company. If I could I would of liked to sue the shit out of them, but I got my money back and I got no ground to stand on now.
