Since we all knew I was Secretary of State, does this mean I'm now Kefit's VP???

I was never removed from office.

The rules only stated that a site staff member could not run. The rules never said the winner would be forced to resign if they became staff after the election.

And Moogy was next in line behind Kefit, so even if I do lose the position somehow, he'd be the VP.
