      I LOVE IT!

Let's expell a kid because we don't know how to properly secure our computers OLOLOLOL

Seriously, any school not on an at least Server 2000 set-up with limiting priveleges on programs and settings for their comptuers is RETARDED to the MaxX. It takes a weeks worth of training to learn to restrict acsess and privelegs, and would take actual hacking skills to change settings, or actually breaking into the computer's hardware. SCHOOLS ARE WHERE YOU GO TO GET SMART M I RITE? WHY R THEY SO STUPID?

You know what we need? SCHOOL VOUCHERS!

Also, praise the hacker of LD's school.

Put it this way. Our school was not ready for me. Within a week I had found at least 2 dozen. As the year progressed and the server admin (of whom I got to know personally before he got a promotion and gave me administrative access for fun) patched all the errors, it became more challenging and more fun.

Especially when "Messenger Service" is running on EVERY computer.

OMG! It's funny that you say that... Because my friend and I at the beginning of our high school careers looked in our trackers which contain the school rules and district rules, and we have given everything we've got to bend and ultimately break the 10+ rules that could get your computer priveledges taken away... Task completed in about a month... lol We got the idea at the end of our junior high career when we looked at the rules and realized how we broke every single one (Inclusing the one about not purchasing items over the internet ((did that when I found a game I REALLY wanted on Ebay... lol))) So yeah... There was this ONE time where I used this messenger that comes with windows and I anonymously messaged ALL the PC's turned on (not that novell crap that ANYONE can find out easily who did it) and yeah... I ultimately got caught by staying at the crime scene PC too long and the Tech supervisor found the IP and located it to where I was... ~sigh~ Almost got my computer priveledges taken away if it wasn't for one of my tech teachers saying how good of a kid I was... lol LITTLE DO THEY KNOW! MUHAHAHA!

Why does a school need an Armored Truck? Where do you live?
In a small, safe suburb off of Minneapolis. Trust me, we have no terrorist threat here. No reason why we would need an armored car. And even if we did, it's not like we're going to drive it ourselves or anything.

The worst part is that certain neccessities, like Bells (the kind that ring to let you know your class is over?) and lockers (the kind you put your stuff in) are literally falling apart and off the walls, yet they've done nothing to repair or replace those, and don't look like they have any intention to. Oh, and the computers we're using? PII 400 Mhz pieces of crap with perepherals that are dying by the day (they're 10 years old, and my cisco class has to go to the media center to steal new ones almost weekly).

              Damn liberals.

I figured I would post an update.

So, the results of his hearing are as follows:
                Suspended til his senior year

Yea, he is a sohpomore now, so thats a year and a half suspension. This actually works out good for him, because a tutor comes to his house every day, and he is forced to do his school work.

It may not seem good, but he got off really lucky.

Suprising that if it spread to several schools, and he was tried in three courts, that he would only get that punishment.

WTF? Tried in 3 courts? No. It was a school board hearing.

I think LD means 3 counts...

But anyway, that's hilarious. Not too bad of a punishment, either. Nice.

                          Wow.

                          He lucked the hell out!

And being forced to do schoolwork is aight, because then you CANNOT fail classes, unless you are stupid.
