Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory!!

I admit that Depp might be able to handle the role of Mr. Wonka, but he will NOT be able to handle it in the same awesome way that Gene Wilder did it.

This will probably turn out to be a semi-decent movie, though, thanks to the insane work of Tim Burton. I just hope that since this movie has the same title as the book, it'll be a faithful adaptation of the book (the original movie was great, but it didn't follow the exact same story as the book).

Johnny Depp is one of the most awesome pirates of all time (in a run-off with Maddox)

Willy Wonka is not a pirate (although if he was ... then damn that would be a good movie)

Johnny Depp will scare little children in this movie i will tell you that much. (SYNTH DONT LET YOUR CHILDREN SEE IT!) I think the orginal was amazing. Its standards set the bar far beyond many other movies have in its category. Johnny Depp got nothing Gene Wilder. But never the less this movie will be good.

Scare little children? The best part of the original, in my opinion is the speech that Wonka gives on the boat. If you recall, it was quite creepy. It sort of prooves his insanity. The thing is though, that it's not a dangerous kind of insanity, it's a whimsical and fun kind of insanity. You know, sort of like your grandma has.

I think the movie is going to be a bunch of shit. I mean seriously, Johnny Depp? They put him in to attract a bunch of teenage girls like sombody else said earlier. My gosh even with that almighty director, it's still going to suck, just like 'A Series of Unfortunate Events' is going to suck(Which by the way comes out on my birthday this saturday, December 17).

That trailer was a complete waste of my internet time.
