Ahahaha. AHTM. Nice reference.

Anyways, watched the trailer. Frankly, I'm excited. Preeeeetty damn excited. I love how they didnt give away the best parts yet, like they did with Episode 1. They held off on showing General Grievous, who I'm pretty sure is who Mace Windu faces.

Basically the 3rd one is going to be the best.. Ep 1 and Ep2 were REALLY good, and where better than the OT.. The OT was good, just not as good as the new one/ones that are comming/came out.. The OT boxset was really sweet, because they took what was good about the OT, the story line, and made it better visually..

Im not going to watch the teaser trailer until I go to see "The Incredibles", it's going to be before the movie.. I want to see it on the big screen so I can get excited over it.

Star Wars is mainly about the Skywalker family. From Anakin to Luke.

Almost. I think it's about the fall of Anakin Skywalker (123) and his redemption by his son (456). Obi-Wan plays the interesting role of being the mentor to both, making him the third most important character. Everyone else simply fills supporting roles.

Return of the Jedi isn't about Luke, when you think about it. It's about Vader, and the choices he has to make. There are ever-so-subtle hints that he loves his son, and they're so hard to see. The best part is when Luke and Vader are before the Emperor and Vader says "It is pointless to resist...son." The "son" is said so softly, so apologetically, that you can tell he's wrestling with what he's doing. Cinema gold.

Oh god. I can't believe I even started to think that Lucas would get it right. Right when I was starting to think that maybe I was being too hard. That better get as little screenage as possible. In the background during dialogue between characters. Not too noticable. Because that made me puke.

4,5,6 all the way. Episode 1 & 2..err not so good. I can't wait for Episode 3 though cause now we see him convert to the dark side.

Precisely. Return of the Jedi had a nice little musical number because it was barely noticable - it was background music, like the cantina band. But then Lucas had to go and foul it up by adding a crappy CG jazz number to it.

GLARB. WHY THE HELL DOES STAR WARS NEED A MUSICAL NUMBER? Especially in a film about REVENGE. Grr.
