My friend pulled a scam equal to this one.

He made a female RO account, got the trust of a lonely guy playing a level 95 hunter (sent him fake pics of a japanese girl who he pretended to be)

Got the pass after he convinced teh 95 hunter he was trustworthy, stole 300m in zeny and gear, and got every single equipment he could ever want in the game. He doesn't even play anymore. A Boys Cap was like 1/100 of the wealth he came into.

If anyone else plays RO imagine just getting 300,000,000 zeny out of the blue.

My opinion is that people get way to involved in these types of games, if someone comes along that wants to take advantage of that...... This is what happenes.

Edit - What an idiot too, why shove it off on some noob, the least he could do was give some back to the fellow mining guy or his friend.

Eve Online is an MMORPG. It never really got that great of ratings.. I wouldn't recommend it from what I've heard, although I've never played it.

But I'd have to agree with whomever said that thing. These people are way to into something so.. insignificant. I'd understand playing an MMORPG an hour or two a day and becoming a high level and then battling people and taking part in clans and giant battles and the like. But I can't understand throwing your whole life into a game.

That was a great scam. Not that scams are great, but the way he pulled it off was great.

never played Eve... but i took a OG to 128 on AC (if anyone gets that....). and way back right after beta, i was renound around Thistledown as the king of trade. i didn't steal from anyone, but man did i rip off newbs in trades. i was always 100% honest in that i never stole and was 100% trusted by the entire server, but i'd get pieces of the best shit for practically nothing from n00bs who wanted a weak magic sword... then horde um and sell them as a group on ebay. made alot of money and my character was extremely low level too.... heh. so much fun. never fought, always traded. eventually got tired of it and traded the best collection of weponry on the server at the time for a lv. 80 OG account... took him to 128 in a few months, then got bored and gave both my accounts to my mentor in the game for free. never played again.

Wow, that was a quick read. I don't normally do this, but I'm recommending that stuff to my dad. That's awesome. If I could pull that stuff of, wow.
