Did you know that when countries go to war they have rules about what kind of bullets they can't use because it would be to painful a death? They're not allowed to use napalm or soft lead bullet because when they penetrate splinters go everywhere inside of them. But instead they have flat ended bullets which when penetrate they tumble and create a giant hole....Comment

No, not flat ended, thats only in shot gun slugs. They are usually pretty sharp for small holes, and quick death. I am teh war masteh.
