On the lower platforms, I take it? Thats were everyone gets stuck on 5-2. Just run to the right off of the side of the falling blocks and do a jump in the air towards the next block, then repeat to get to the exit. You don't jump off these blocks - you run off of them before they fall beneath you and kill your forward momentum.
No, I just kept jumping into the fire when I was jumping to the right. (on the top)
