When I had my wisdoms yanked, I was in serious fear of dry socket, lmfao. Basically any action of pursing your lips and creating a pressure differential = bad news bears

It can happen pretty randomly. Not doing X will not prevent it from happening in rare cases. It's basically just inflammation of the bone around where the tooth was pulled from failure to heal smoothly.

With that said, I hear it is quite enjoyable.

I had something like that except I broke off the upper half of my tooth and I left it like that for nearly 2 years (young and stupid) couldn't eat on that side at all in fear of the worst pain ever which I felt when I broke it.

I had an orgasm when I finally got it out

I had a problem when I had my wisdom teeth removed. It might have been a dry socket, but I went in to have it cleaned and they sprayed some kind of anesthetic on it and just started going at it with a knife and it was not numb at all. Painful as hell just digging around in my gums with a knife.

That might be some incentive to clean it properly...

if you have pain like i did when you bite down on it or apply any real pressure, you might wanna find someone sooner. i was scheduled to go tomorrow to get it removed, but after going through this crap, not sleeping and all that and ended up at the hospital, i walked in and told them dr. said to go today and they squeezed me in.

That was the killer for me when I had my four wisdom teeth taken out about three years ago.
Two on the top, two on bot. Face was blown up like a balloon. Couldn't lay in any position because it just hurt so badly. I kept taking the pain meds they gave me, went through the whole prescription the first night lol.

i was told no smoking( which i dont) soda, alcohol for 24 hrs. cant spit, suck through a straw,rinse for fear of a dry socket

Sucking is bad too after getting a tooth pulled. It messes with the healing process, has the blood started clotting yet?
also, the dentist may have told you not to. But you [b]HAVE[/b/ to was out with salt water every now and then so infection doesn't spread.

When I got my wisdom teeth pull I had all 4 yanked out at the same time. I smoked and got dry sockets and Oh god the agony I was in, i got my dentist to prescribe me Oxycodone because of the unbearable.

You my friend, Had dry sockets. They sprayed it and cut it out of your mouth with a small scalpel like tool
did they put a extremely bitter piece of cloth in your mouth after?

When I was 9 one of my teeth was the same way except on the top row of where your was. It started hurting like crazy when I was in Poland so I had to wait until I got back home so it was pretty bad for a week or two.

When I got back home and went to the dentists they gave a couple of those numbing shots and tried to yank it out, but I was able to feel the pain. Do you know what it's like to have a tooth pulled out that doesn't want to come out and you can still feel it? I don't want to relive it haha, but I've still got that tooth right beside me.

Oh and this was all my first time at the dentists ^_^ g8 first experience.

bleeding has already stopped luckily, used most of my gauze up. I catch myself sticking my tongue though the gap cus it feels weird lol. Paper my dentist gave me told me to avoid rinsing for 24 hr, but after that, rinse with salt water 3-4 times a day for a week. Got oxycodone, which is basically percocets, and mas do they make you feel good.
