nah, let me clear it up for you FOREIGNERS. jelly and jam aren't the same thing. jelly is sorta like jam but without the actual fruit in it and more like jell-o, and harder to spread. That is why preserves are superior ^_^ (p sure jam counts in this category)

haha my most consistent meal is pb&J. It's cheap and pretty good if you work out, especially if you use whole grain. Although I make quadruple sandwiches because I'm a fat ass

I would say peanut butter is the best no doubt. Not only does it have a ton of protein and calories which is great for someone who works out like me, but it goes good with more things then jelly.

I prefer strawberry jelly on toast and crunchy peanut butter in sandwiches.

I'm with Arntonach. It just depends on what shape the bread is in.
