The worst NFS I've played is the free one. NFS World. Coding is done by BlackBox, textures go missing, and worst of all, Rhinospam. A huge-ass SUV comes barreling down the street every 12 seconds or so...

SHIFT 2 doesn't have cops, and it's a rubbish excuse for a "simulator". Basically everything in the game is undriveable and the physics engine is ultra unpredictable, as well as being totally unrealistic.

Keep playing GT5 or break out the PS1/2.

Well I really loved NFS Underground 1+2, I quit playing NFS after the third one though because this one was shit

NFS: Porsche Unleashed is ancient, but is one of the best IMO.

nfs shift doesn't have any, probably shift 2 doesn't either

i know underground and underground 2 don't have any


the cops are supposed to give you that adrenaline rush which makes the game fun, but it eventually does get old

i'm sticking with gt5 though, level 32 a spec 27 b spec with 13,000,000 credits, i'm disappointed that the cap is 20,000,000

OMFG really? That's really silly considering lots of cars in GT5 are darn expensive. Gran Turismo PSP has a 99,000,000cr cap, so why shouldn't GT5? From memory, the most expensive ride (PSP) is more or less 8,000,000cr- in the form of the Ferrari F2007. No Red Bull X2010s

actually, that is wrong, the most expensive cars are 20 mil, no car exceeds that, most of the historic racing cars excluding the chaparral and 20 mil, the x1 is also 20 mil, but you have to be a spec level 40 to buy it, i already have one though, i got it from a friend before trading got patched to 1mil cars. i'm trying to do the special events so i can get another one, it's hard as hell without a wheel.


but yeah, i've always thought they should have a bank or a storage system so when you buy a car like that you don't go broke, but i can make 500k in 3 minutes so it doesn't matter that much, i cheated in the psp version so idc about it, but i will agree the cap is way better in that game.

Cops have been in NFS since the original games -- even NFS1 which I played as a young 'un.

I liked most wanted but the cop chases got old. I liked Carbon (why's no one mentioning that?) but the free roam and cop chases are kinda really bad.

Since I didn't get an xbox 360 or ps3 or wii or any of that I haven't been up to date on games. But I think Underground 1 was my favorite for story line. And underground 2 was my favorite for game play. I played the Porsche thing which was fun, but I can't remember it though cause it was forever ago.

I haven't played other games in the series, but Burnout Paradise is an extremely fun game. There's a bunch of stuff to do, but if you're not careful the game can loose its appeal quickly.
