Tips for catching, use pokemon who do multiple hits per move (i.e. fury attack, double slap, etc.) and spamclick the pokeball until they turn red.
Nidoran, Jynx, Beedrill, Clefairy, Jigglypuff, Geodude all have those moves.

I'm not money grinding. Just evolving and training pokemon. Actually Meowth, Paras, and the 2 evolves are the only pokemon i'm missing. I also have over a dozen max levels right now.

Sweet thx. I got em. Once I evolve them i'll have gotten them all in my collection. Then i'm working on seeing those shiny pokemon in the wild for the achievement whenever the reward comes out.

And I just found out when I logged in all of my pokemon are at an early stage and I'm missing 100k...

Meowth shows up on the last map. I got 2 extra shiny pidgeys if anyone wants one. I got 2 Meowths too.

there's one particular thing that annoys me about pokemon games that for some reason never ever gets resolved, ever

more than one person can catch and own a legendary pokemon. if they are so legendary, why do thousands of people have them?

lol that's only your fault. You need to save it with the online thing to make sure you don't lose it.

And @Stargroup, well in the first few games, the game was meant to be played as a singleplayer game, trading came afterwards. So far in this game though, legendaries are unique (i.e. Kyogre, and Ash seeing the trio in the skies) but we'll see.

Bump... v3.0 is out, 2 new levels and Farfetch'd available to trade for Spearow (you can get a shiny one with the weekly code if you want)
