How exactly do EV's work. What do they do and how would I use them?

EV's is a kind of point you get that helps with your stats for your pokemon and its based on the species of pokemon that you battle that determines your EV points. Since you can't see the points ever you need to keep track of them for yourself. If you think you already screwed up with your EV points you can give it EV reducing berries and then Re-EV train it.
