Lunia is a hack and slash game. Think Devil May Cry(a PG-13 version) crossed with Final Fantasy.

Where as in other MMORPGs you click on a monster to attack it and click to move in Lunia EVERYTHING is controlled right from your keyboard. Sort of like a console game.

~Controls~
A=Attack
S=Special Attack(this varies depending on character)
Space=Down Attack(when enemy falls down use this for heavy damage)
1-0=Hot keys for skills
Up/Down/Left/Right Arrow=Move in that direction
Numpad=Can also be used to move up/down/left/right and also diagonally.

Now the game would be boring if you simply just presses A over and over again. This is why the game has a combo system. This means you can form your own combos with strings of A, S and your skills. These are often hard to pull off but the damage can be immense and can easily take down monsters with a lot of HP and even other players in PVP.

Lunia is currently in Closed-Open Beta. Lunia was owned and operated by a Korean company but recently has been sold to an American company named CDC to the subsidiary 12FootTall. The official release date is sometime this month (many speculate February 29th). Registration is currently closed but finding a download is not hard.

If you're looking for an MMORPG to pass the time you might want to check this out upon release.

This was posted here a long while back and several of us tried playing it. Unless they've added a significant amount of stuff, it doesn't have enough to keep the people here entertained.

Did they ever add more than the original 3 (I think 3?) classes?

CDC plans to add Tia (4th class, thief) to the game once the transfer is complete.

From the beginning of OB to now, the in-game content they added was in the form of a patch with a bunch of side-stages, and an in-game event for Halloween that was glitched in which a significant number of players couldn't even get into the event maps. Allm didn't add anything after that patch.

I'm hoping the new carrier will do something to reduce lag. :/

Yup. The new servers are going to be in the US (East coast to be exact.)

And the new company is really taking this game into control. As soon as the game goes official the 4th character(a Thief)

There's a two to three week wait for Transfers. Make sure to transfer all the characters you want because after a while Transfers become a premium service.

That's correct.

BTW guys, a lot of the players you'll encounter in the game are going to be playing as a Thief because she is new. If you wanna be cool and original you should make a healer <_<
There's an extreme shortage of those.
