Thats because xbox is made by microsoft which also makes PC's. As long as its a good game I dont care if its a port. All the consoles are cool to me.

PC is by far greater than most gaming consoles I have ever touched. I do like my ps2 for the DDR but I bought a ****ty pad and it broke. I need a cobalt.

Face it, fanboys, the Xbox 360 is in the lead of next-gen consoles at the moment. Mostly just because it has already shipped something like 10 million units. PS3 and Wii? None. The X360 won big points simply for getting their system out first. Sure, they were shortages (That caused riots -.-), but at least it's out there. In fact, their release of the sysem sucked. But it's better than the PS3 and Wii have done so far.

As for the PS3, most people are appalled at paying 600 dollars for a console. That's flipping insane. The main reason it costs so much is the Blu-Ray technology they have put into it. A Blu-Ray system costs about one thousand dollars. So, considering the alternatives, buying PS3 would be a lot cheaper than buying a standard Blu-Ray player.

Unfortunately, Blu-Ray is another huge risk. Sony likes to introduce new data formats. The most recent was the UMD. That thing sank rather fast. The PSP was designed to play music, movies, games, etc. But the movie selection for UMDs just sucks. Unless something sweet happens for Sony, the UMD is going to be a lost venue. Stores like Target have taken the UMDs off of their shelves, because they weren't selling enough. They would rather reserve shelf space for merchandise that will sell. They didn't just get rid of them - they now sell them online - but losing support from large stores proves the UMD isn't doing well. If the Blu-Ray does the same, Sony is ****ed.

And the Wii... face it, Nintendo knows what it is doing. They aren't really in the console war because Nintendo usually appeals to a different audience than Sony or Microsoft. Nintendo has it's own little space in the console market. And a cost less than half that of the PS3 doesn't hurt either. I have no doubts it will do rather well, although it probably won't overcome Sony or Microsoft.

Yeah, my 1 year old cousin can't speak english very well, but at least it's better than her sisters. They haven't been born yet.

The thing is, you have to wait. Until then, you can't judge how well something is or isn't going fare.

Ya it will cost a lot of moola but if your a hardcore gamer its worth it. Also u wont have to worry about goin "awww **** that game for 360 looks awesome" <----- like thats gonna happen...
But if u dont want to do this, my recommendation would be go with PS3 and Wii. 360 isnt really worth that 500$... the two best games ive played on it are street fighter and dead rising. Street Fighter is a game from like 1992 and i still enjoyed it more then some of the new 360 games
