As you see in Gamengame.com, it is delayed again for official opening date. It will be opened at midnight on the 24th of July in Eastern time of US.

Yeah except another image said 00:00 on the 24th, which is pretty unambiguously last night. Putting 00:00 at the end of the day would be retarded, plain and simple.

The reason I know that's not true is that they confirmed it to be "one minute past 11:59 PM on July 23rd."

Well no game using the SSO can be played if it is down and they said sometime in a week. When a company doesn't estimate it means that its pretty bad. I wouldn't bother staying up.
