If you only own the house in anvil then go buy all the other houses. The one in chorrol is 25,000 I think. Well one house is 25,000, one is 20,000. I own the anvil one and the one in Bruma which is 10,000. Then if you furnish all the houses via the shop in that town, that's another 10,000 or so. So you'll easily spend 100,000 on houses. Then buy all horses you can, then go enchant some weapons and armour, along with making some spells. That'll burn off all your cash.
