The Wii is Here.

Re: The Wii is Here.

Fishing for fish in Twilight Princess was not fun. When I first started to play, I spent almost an entire hour trying to figure out how it worked. At first, I thought it was something random because it'd say "FISH ON" occasionally. Even after it said that, I was unsure of what to do with the Wii Remote and Nunchuck. I tried reeling in the fish with the nunchuck, didn't work. After a while, I started to notice that whenever I pulled up on the fishing poll while the bobber was all the way down, I would get the "FISH ON" message. After that, it was smooth sailing from there.

Re: The Wii is Here.

Thanks Ducky. I'll PM nForcer later then. I'm after the "Scenic" or something like that in the music section when playing a slide in the photo channel.

Re: The Wii is Here.

I have some Wii Menu music and Wii Sports, too. I got it off a tracker.

I'm upping it now. Will post a link as long as Squeek or any of the other mods don't mind.

I'll rip them if you want me to. I'm not going to remember, though. Send me a PM and remind me.

Re: The Wii is Here.

So does anyone know where I can find the song on the weather channel and the photo channel slide show? Those songs are nice and calming. I just woke up from dozing off to them lmao.

Re: The Wii is Here.

We got the Wii!

Yep. Got it. First game I got for it was Zelda Twilight Princess. That game is almost as good as Ocarina.

I also bought Super Mario Bros and Classic Zelda. Zelda hates me, but I love Mario.

Re: The Wii is Here.

Ps. The vote channel is awesome lmao. Seriously, I laughed when I was messing with it. It's little things like this that generally make people smile, giggle and go "ooohhh that's nice" that's going to win for Nintendo.

I love it as well. This got me to pay more attention to my Wii again. This laptop has been dominating most of my at-home free time lately. Poor Wii has been neglected.

I like Nintendo's surprises. I can't wait to see what else they have in store. Maybe there will be a Wii-DS Connect Channel that allows free demos and simple games to be transferred? That would rock.

PS I want Punch Out!! =(

Tell me when Sin and Punishment is on VC.

Re: The Wii is Here.

I'm psyched they've got out Ice Climbers and Kid Icarus up already, plus downloading Mario Kart 64 <3

There are a ton of games I'm looking to get on VC, but they're so slow about it. I wish they'd just add more more often.

Re: The Wii is Here.

HAPPY FUN RUMOR TIME!

We are aware that there are some very successful Japanese franchises that have a small following in the US, and that they could never be reached by putting these products out at retail. We're open to games released in Japan if we can get them translated properly.

I wasn't an avid gamer back in the day, but this is still awesome news.

Re: The Wii is Here.

Crap man, I was just going to post that =(

Anyway, I recommend you all watch the trailers for Sonic and the Secret Rings. The newest one is on GameTrailers if you can't find it on Youtube.

It looks like a return to what Sonic games should be: Speed, speed, and speed. 'course, I'm not going to get it on launch day. This is one of those titles I think is necessary to wait a bit on and watch real gameplay footage before considering.

Ack, my funds are going to start dropping soon. Sonic, Mario, Cooking Mama, Metroid Prime, Super Smash Bros. Brawl... this is why I own a Wii <3
