            How about Lu the goddess's mom shes got to be the evilest?

            ok well how about Hades from Kingdom Hearts? He is the god of the underworld...cant get more evil than that.

                    Kefka, now that's a villain. How many times can you think of a badguy that actually achieves his goal of taking over the world? He's a Sadistic Clown to boot.
