Even if it is real, it can't be all that advanced. Like, somebody compared it to a super Eye Toy of sorts, but the Eye Toy can't even do what you think it can. All an Eye Toy does is detect color. When a color changes, it is "detected" as motion. Thus, if you have a solid colored shirt, or if your background is the same color as your skin, your motion won't be detected. I would think the car thing would have flaws such as that which would become apparent while using it. It would be pretty awesome, though.

And people who keep saying "but would you want Mario/Link/classic game character in your room" you have to remember that this wouldn't be used for all games. Back to the Eye Toy: it can't be used for just anything, but it can be used and is fun. This wouldn't be for just anything, but it would have its uses. Like a sword fighting game. THAT would be fun.
