Don't know exactly the song name, but song 2 is from the first stage of Magical Chase and it's very kawaii

Sounds Pokemon-y but the only Japan-only pokemon song I can think of is the 1.0 version of Lavender Town which this obviously is not...
Then there's a handful of other Japan-only Pokemon games (such as TCG 2) but that game had much more advanced music than this simple song... dsfalkjasdfasdf

Shantae is one of the few "rare" games I own, along with 2 copies of Valkyrie Profile and a copy of Einhander.

But not all is lost, just get Risky's Revenge!

EDIT- if I'm not mistaken isn't the exact title of the second song, "Rampish Chase"?

The original Shantae was released in 2002 for Game Boy Color. (The fact it was released for GBC a few years after Gameboy Advance came out is why it's obscure heh)
The sequel, Risky's Revenge, was released in 2010 for iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Nintendo 3DS, and Nintendo DSi and DSiXL (lol)
