I feel like he's trying to "define (or undefine) himself out of a hole" by playing the "your words are subjective and thus your argument is invalid" card. In what some would call a "social game", there is inherently going to be a fair amount of subjectivity involved.

The confirmation bias in this post is... appalling? Astounding? Your reasoning overall is baffling, given that most of your "facts" rely on opinions that can easily be refuted by someone with opposing opinions.

Examples!

You say I was "joking and goofing around" more last game, yet the definition of such is so vague you can say that no matter the amount of joking content present (and you do seem to have ignored a number of less serious posts, just a few of which are quoted below).




To be fair, I have been trying to make more content-heavy/relevant posts (as evidenced by my first few posts in the game), rather than merely a sparse sentence or two; however, this is more due to my (attempted) scheduling changes and the fact that I actually want to contribute some opinions in case I am killed early again.


I have done this, and I would say that I have done so with more depth than last game (though this is itself an opinion; see above paragraph). The issues about me are part of the events of the game. I'm not sure why you're implying that addressing them should be a bad thing (and it's usually an expected thing, actually, at least where I'm used to playing). As I mentioned before, considering there was little or nothing else to comment on at the time, your comment makes little sense.

This is where opinions especially play in. As I have said before, your definitions, especially that of the word "defensive" seem to be so vague and malleable they could be applied to anybody. As I have also stated previously, making a "defense" is different from being defensive. I believe you are confusing the two.

I did that last game as well. A quick search yields these quotes (on the same page, even! Wow!).

That is fairly normal for me, although, I assure you, if I am dead set on an accusation, I will pursue it relentlessly. I am not at that stage yet. Now, a few examples!

I only have strong opinions on a few people on either end of the spectrum. I don't want to make a reads list that doesn't accomplish anything, considering I have already stated opinions on a number of people (which don't necessarily fall into strict categories).

Insanely subjective and completely false. That's all I have to say about that. Now, excuse me, but I must eat.

lol i still have 3 votes on me? that's the wolfiest fucking thing i've ever fucking seen on a day 1, honestly. i have 122 posts and it's day 1, the only time people would be this coordinated in attacking me when i'm this goddamn active is when a wolf is doing it. fucking kill reuben jesus, it's obvious someone is sheltering him from votes.

this has happened before twice. one in a game where manti, fiction, syhto, and TPS were the wolf team and I nailed syhto day one so the wolves moved towards me to protect their own from dying.

another time where i nailed fojar as a wolf day one and the wolves moved their votes from me to protect fojar from dying.

honestly, whatever you do or don't think of my reads, it's extremely fucking peculiar to have votes piling up on your loudest and most active player on Day 1. this is textbook wolf sheltering, and it actually makes a reuben lynch more desirable because it indicates he is someone who has people who want to protect him (which is not something a town would have, and something wolves would certainly take advantage of if he was town and i was pushing this hard.)
