Ok i figured out how to make games here work witrhout alliances and boring crap liek that, only super fun stuff....

mystery roles... as in no one knows what roels there aqre and how many there are. maybe there's a guardian, maybe not, maybe 2, same with anything... so you can al lclaim to be whatever the hell you want to be, doesn't mean jack... 2 people can claim to be the same thing, doesn't mean one's a wolf.. etc I think this would fix allllllll the problems that there's been recently

Eh, it's an easy summary. I was rando-wolfed Night 3 and the host told what was going on. I promptly got really mad at him for wasting my time and forced him to stop the game.

Nobody knows peoples roles, except the psychic. The psychic can see what roles are left every night. The seer can see the role of the person, not just human/not human. I'm going to throw a lone wolf into the mix so it kind of evens out. The seer could possibly create an alliance with the psychic, along with the other people. The only problem with this is the lone wolf. If the lone wolf gets in the alliance, he'll find out all the roles, and peg everybody.

I believe I thought of the all green game around TWG 9, and told LD about it. Never considered it after that.

I thought we killed this idea when it was proposed simply because we could not ensure balance in a blind game. There would likely be arguments in the end. Plus, the strategy element gets killed because we'll never know what we're looking for. We'd all be in the dark, wondering what the hell we're doing for the majority of the game instead.

Yeah, because of the premonition that things will go horribly wrong, I'm against it.

everyone seems to think person X doesn't know X's role... that is a lie.. X knows X's role, X doesn't know the set of all possible roles in-game, that's all

It just means that which roles used in the game are unknown (human, wolf, guardian, seer, leprachaun, etc.), along with how many of each, but everyone would still receive a PM with their role in it.

I definitely didn't read it the way you did. I understood Blah to mean that special roles are still handed out, but the holder of each role is the only player aware his role exists.
