10 years later and I still remember what a nervous wreck I was between pretending to be a college student and this game. The context is missing, but I still remember the feeling of crushing anxiety. (Not having an instant messenger really sucked.) I also might have had a poetry book deal on the table at some point.

I don't remember what I did, but apparently I had a meltdown of truly epic proportions after a really shaky start. Vash was a hero and covering my ass for as long as possible, though, but 2/10 would not play again. As for what's with the necro-bump, well, I just thought I'd weigh in to give the thread closure. (V said it was cool, go yell at him if it's not.)

If I ever do have a touch of madness and decide to try again, I will definitely be staying in the kiddie pool...and probably pissing in it a few more times.

Holy shit, TWG isn't dead. I wasn't in this game, but this seems to be the nostalgia catch-up thread so hi friends. Hopefully my legacy to this game isn't my horrible outburst in the last game I hosted because I still feel pretty bad about that.

I was active from jTWG 24-52 and TWG 51-91 and hosted a handful of games. The rules thread still has me listed as a council member (does TWC still exist, even?) which is bringing back all sorts of weird memories. I think rzr is still here, and if you're reading this bro we need to catch up some time.

That's not all that surprising. We pretty much died hard when the ffya thing happened, but I'm glad to see it's recovered. Is Manti still here? I thought he'd have burned out by now, but dude's got some dedication.
