Crunchyroll Stepmania Megapack 2 - 6.5/10; Actually pretty decent.
Dark Chancellor's Pack - 8/10; A few enjoyable files. Technical but rainbow and mine dumps.
FFR Community Pack 1 - 6.5/10; Decent. Only a couple of files I enjoyed. Pack was full of rainbow dumps which kinda threw it off.
FFR Community Pack 2 - 7.5/10; From what I've played through so far, it's definitely better than the first pack.
HSMP 1 - 7/10; Easily the best one.
HSMP 2, 3 & 4 - 6/10; Slowly getting worse.
HSMP 5 - 5/10; lmfao
HSMP 6 & 7 - 3/10; midare packs pretty much.
Kirby Pack 1 - 6/10; Kilga's files were the ones worth playing through.
Kirby Pack 2 - 7/10; Alright. Not much to say.
Lucky Star Minipack Project - 7/10; Although all rainbow, the files are fun.
Midare Megapack 4 - 6.5/10; No explanation needed.

Otaku's Dream 4th Anime Mix - 5/10; An improvement at least. A few files worth playing.
Otaku's Dream 5th Anime Mix - 6.5/10; Decent. Pack was way too ****ing big and only a few files are worth playing.
Otaku's Dream 2nd Hentai Mix - 7/10; Actually pretty alright surprisingly. A few enjoyable files.
Otaku's Dream 2nd Japan Mix - 7.5/10; Easily their best pack. Files that are actually fun and have replay value.
Red Fraction Pack - 8/10; A lot of great files with replay value.
SMG Pack 1 - 7/10; Alright. A few ok files.
SMG Pack 2 - 8/10; Enjoyable.
Touhou Project Pack - 7.5/10; Some good files, some bad ones.
VGMP2 - 7/10; Not too much of a fan of this one. Only a few files I liked.
VGMP3 - 8/10; Enjoyable. A lot of fun files.
Xoon Minipack 1 - 6/10; Only found a few worth playing files.

Pad:
Ethereal Rising - 8.5/10; Easily the best pad pack out there. Despite a few questionable song choices, it was an excellent pack.
ITG 1 - 5/10; Need I say more?
ITG 2 - 5/10; Same as above.
ITG 3 - 4/10; Didn't like this one.
Touhou Pad Pack - 6.5/10; A few files that are pretty alright but a lot of dumps and boring files.
Otaku's Dream Pad files - 3/10; Terrible. HEY LET'S UNDERSTEP EVERYTHING BECAUSE ITG IS TOO HARD AND WE DON'T NEED ONI CHARTS FOR SONGS THAT COULD EASILY USE ONE.

Solo:
BCMP1 - 8/10; Good song choices. Too hard for me though.
BCMP2 - 8/10; Same as above.
BCMP3 - 7/10; Rebirth solo files ruined it.
Solo 200 Files - 8/10; Solords unite.
Xiao's Solo Beginner Pack - 8/10; Very good for solo beginners like me. Song choices are kinda random though, rofl.

SMGroovePack3- 10/10 Unfriggin' believable. How amazing.
RFpack- 9/10 I actually really like this pack too. A lot of great files, some good, and a couple of bad ones, but that doesn't happen that much. Still, this just goes to prove that the best packs are usually the ones nobody sees coming.
FFRCPII- 8.5/10 It's mellowed a little for me now, but I still love most of the files in this pack and having no filler is always a plus.
ODIpack2- 8/10 I guess this one goes here by default. It's not a perfect pack by any means, but everything about this was well done and I always find a file that I love which I had previously thought was just okay.
DCP- 7.5/10 Good pack, I guess, but it could have been trimmed down a bit and been just as enjoyable. Oh, and the graphics for this pack RULED.
Xoon3- 7/10 Best Xoon pack by far, although there were a couple of dumps but idk. Lots of good stuff.
VGMP3- 7/10 Decent pack, I suppose, though nobody saw it coming. There weren't that many great files, but there weren't that many I hated either, which is always something, I guess.
SMGPack2- 6.5/10 This was probably where Stepmania revolution broke out all the way after hints of it began in SMGPack1. This wasn't good, but I don't blame them, since they were getting on their feet, and by RFpack-era, they had notably figured out how to use this new method of stepping. And surprisingly, there's quite a few files in here I play sometimes.
FFRCPI- 6.5/10 I actually still play this pack once in a while, and it's passable, but would have been better if there was some better quality control and npv/Kommi didn't have a combined 18 files in here. Out of 32. I think it was a nice start, however, and I was 13 when I launched this, technically making me the youngest guy who ever worked on a pack. Not that that matters or anything.
Xoon Finale- 6.5/10 About average for Xoon, which is about average for anything else. Good pack on the whole though.
DCP Mystery Pack- 6.5/10 If DCP had been one-fourth of the size and the cdtitles had been scrambled, this would have been it.
Kirby Pack 2- 6/10 Kirby. What can I say? Pretty fun files, too, though some were sort of obnoxious.
Xoon2- 5.5/10- Surprisingly, this pack wasn't half-bad. Lots of fun files, some okay, some bad. All in all about average.
VGMP2- 5/10 Mostly annoyingish files with a couple of good ones. The end.
KBU- 4.5/10 KBU was an interesting pack because a lot of the people that submitted to it (hell, I'd stretch it to almost all) were unknowns at the time (other than a couple of people). Still, this pack was decent for what it was, and a lot of the people that were involved in it have gone on to bigger and better things. And I still play some of these files sometimes. ~Zero~ made a badass Chaos file. And SulferDragon rules. Too bad he left.
Keyboard MegaPack 1.5- 4.5/10 Like SMG2, but this was a little worse and a little better at the same time. I don't know how that's possible. Shut up.
SMGpack1- 4/10 A lot of these files didn't need to be in here. But Ossa's files (Tell Me A Story is like the best thing ever) and Rebirth's better stuff (along with a couple of other okay files) save it from being a bomb.
Keyboard Collab III- 3/10 Oh, man. I know this was a long time ago, but I still have this pack. Some files are good, others totally 16th streamzzzzz. Not a bad pack for the times, but just outdated, I suppose. Oh, and boomba's Moon Child rules. Stop stepping it. I think boomba might be the coolest ancient stepdude ever.

Basically shifted FFRCPII down a notch, Xoon2 goes down a notch, boosted SMG2 up a lot, promoted DCP a little, and entered Xoon3 and Finale. Just for archival purposes.
