how do i make a stepmania simfile?
how do i put my own songs into stepmania so i can add some steps? please help where do i get .dwi files? what are .dwi files?

this one's better, imo. Pay particular attention to the first post.
The first quote block tells you how to set up the file (there are other ways as well, in case you're wondering).
The second tells you how to put arrows into your song.
The third gives a little guidance on BPM tricks and such.
