How come every brush I try to load it says it's not capatable? Is my Shop that dated, or am I being retarded. I have no idea what version it is, but it came with the computer, and the computer is at least 5 years old, so whatever version was out at that time I guess. Help...

Try reading the page I linked to

Brushes created in Photoshop 7 or later will not work in earlier versions of Photoshop. Any Photoshop brushes should work in Photoshop 7 and later.

Yeah... I read that. I'm not that dense, thanks for the insult.

Hardly any of the things I downloaded said what version they were for. I figured they would work on any version. Do you have any idea what version it is that I may have?

Wasn't intended as an insult. Don't take it personally.

I wouldn't know what version of Photoshop you have. Open it up and check. If it was 5 years ago, it might be 6 or older, but I'm not sure. You need at least 7.0 to use most brushes, and I highly recommend upgrading to CS2 (a.k.a. Photoshop 9.0) if possible.

So in other words, I'm pretty much stuck with the graphics I have until I can get a later version. I guess I should consider begging my parents to upgrade, because it's not my computer. Thanks though.

I make my own gfx ^_^

But they are pretty mediocre.

I am gonna take a look at Deviantart brushes, and dafont. Might improve the quality of my stuff.
