Try his Muse Breaks.

Files are nothing special but they're not bad either. Muse Breaks was about 6-7/10, Double Trouble 5-6/10.

EDIT: These are INFINITELY better than the sims he released under his other name, though, so they might be fun to try for you. Ask him for Muse Breaks or try CotF (I haven't tried it but Exige said it was good, so I'm guessing it's about the same level as MB).

Don't listen to Snapps rofl He's silly and has weird simfile tastes. I don't know what he likes, but I know he dislikes a lot of simfiles that are considered good. =\ Silly Snapps

They're pretty obviously not top-tier, but they're not bad. I see a lot of potential here.

Don't have a chance to try the newest one right now; I'll do it later. I'll see if I can get Muse Breaks from someone, too.

Also, I don't know if Snapps' criteria for judgment of simfiles has changed, but his evaluating of these isn't even close to being in line with what he said about the first sim HST posted on FFR (Airwave-08). I played it pretty recently on SMO. It's terrible. Even the Happy Dynamite Version or whatever wasn't pulled off too well. His new sims are great, though.
