why is there a dancer.. i still dont get it and also it says controller (wtf). NO one plays SM on pad that. >.> All there themes are crap, im jus gonna make another better build off of it. im also gonna download this and see if i can make a better build now.
They also should have a keyboard instead of a dance pad and a stupid chick wit a cool shirt.

EDIT: This build is the worst thing that has ever happened in the SM world, posting SS in a bit.

life 3 is the default wtf.

The new default theme is to "welcome" new stepmania players. Theres a reason why shakesoda made the optical theme. lawl. the default theme is nowhere near complete. not even 50% done.

Yes. 3.95 was only for use for online play. even tho it's complete garbage in anything else (lawl). though i dont know why people use an unofficial build that the stepmania team didn't even bother with it. They didn't even build 3.95.

lmao wtf? how is 3.95 better? considering the fact that it's a 4 year old build, and it uses a garbage theming system. 4.0 IS STILL IN BETA! 4.0 isnt even officially released yet.

yes 4.0 is still in beta so its should be probable that it is worse than 3.95

Doublepost: SM3.95 uses .xml theming system
while 4.0 uses LUA. with .XML. It has limits on what you can do to make a theme.
.LUA has alot more freedom to build themes

Update: A new SVN build is being compiled at this moment. Expecting a release in maybe a week or so, With shakesodas updated optical v2 theme. (((DEFAULT THEME MAY STILL BE BROKEN.. SO DON'T USE IT)))

I downloaded the SVN and played Zephon. I could not FC it. I then played it on 3.95 and AAAd it. Be sure to make the judges and combo much less distracting along with changing the noteskin to something that does not blend in with any background. (How about making a noteskin that is not flashing rainbow colors for once. I just want a plain red, blue, yellow, etc. one-frame noteskin.)

Obviously, there is work that still needs to be done, but these need to be priorities.

Expecting some big changes with the build
Considering the fact that its nowhere near 50% done
It's still very buggy and unstable. But stable enough to play

4.0 noteskins do work with the build
