Scale is now 1-20.
Hardest charts are 18.
No 19s or 20s exist.
Pluto Relinquish and Trigger are two examples of 18s.
They're dumb.

I agree with whoever said Horatio oni was good though, because that chart is pretty awesome.

No they are just trying to sound hardcore by making impossibly dumb stepcharts. If you want good stepfiles that are difficult just upload them onto your nearest ITG machine if your arcade will allow you to hack it. I know ours has no problem with us hacking the machine and we have well over 5000 files on there ranging all the way up to 17's i believe. You can also do this with home version for ps2 if you have a flashdrive. as far as i know that works. I really see no point in purchasing anymore versions of DDR the game is slowy dying. They just get worse and worse every year.

For exemple Max300 is rated as a 15. It's just a new scaled rating. I think some 18 are like 12 or 13 on itg. But most of the 18 are dumb :s

But some songs are pretty sweet : Saber Wings (expert), Horatio (expert) and also some easiest songs like Taj He Spitz Remix (Tommie Sunshine's Brooklyn Fire Re-Touch) or A Geisha's Dream.

For people who doesn't know the song :Saber Wings (music only).

I don't think "They just get worse and worse every year." like xealix said. SuperNOVA 1 and 2 was ****ty, because of all the dumb boss songs and all. DDRX is better than SN1&2. I don't say that DDR is better than ITG (cause i prefer ITG) but DDRX is not bad and have some pretty sweet stuff.

Oh, and finaly, we have some good speedmods on ddr (x1 to x8 scale with 0.5. For exemple you can choose 5.5 or 7.5 which is good).
